Established in the year 1953, Amulakh Amichand Bhimji Vividhlakshi Vidyalaya (AABVV) is run by the Charitable Trust of Gujarati Kelavani Mandal (Matunga, Mumbai). After nearly seven decades of being in existence, this Trust and its members continue to work towards imparting quality education to students. The trust offers the highest quality education to benefit society and to build the citizens of tomorrow and runs many other institutions which include Amulakh Amichand International School, Twinkling Angels Play School, and B. A. K. Swadhyay Bhavan.

AABVV is a English medium school that follows the Maharashtra State Board pattern. The school readies students in grades 5 to 10 and prepares them for their next steps towards Junior College, paving the way for their future.
